Stuffed Bell Peppers

This is one of my favorite recipes and it's very delicious! t incorporates your protein, starch, and veggies all in one tasty package.

use brown rice for a nutritional addition. Try this fun stuffed bell pepper recipe for your next meal!

-5 large green bell peppers (or yellow/red per your preference)

1 cup of cooked brown rice

1 lb of lean ground turkey

2 garlic cloves

1 tablespoon of minced garlic

1/2 cup of chopped onion

1 can of diced tomatoes

8 ounces of tomato sauce

2 tablespoon of olive oil

1/4 teaspoon of paprika

Fat free (or reduced fat) shredded cheese

Salt/pepper to taste
